AIR VENTS FOR PITCHED ROOFS

AIR VENTS FOR PITCHED ROOFS are suitable for pitched roofs with inclinations from 8 ° to 50 ° perpendicular. They are used for the ventilation of various rooms, even with suction devices, considering the size of their exit holes. The aerators, in addition to the plate and the articulated body, can be equipped with a bellows fitting to accommodate pipes from any angle. They are used on all those roofs made with bituminous shingles and modified bitumen membranes, as well as on roofs made of fiber cement slabs, slate, ceramic and sheet metal. The material used for making the aerators is IGOM. EE, this is a synthetic rubber compound made by ITALPROFILI® which offer high chemical and physical technical characteristics. IGOM. EE suitably formulated provides high resistance to degradation caused by the sun, ozone and other atmospheric and chemical agents. It can be used in a wide range of temperatures from -25 ° to + 100 ° C and is stable over time, given its physical-mechanical characteristics. Therefore a material which, thanks to its excellent quality, ensures perfect efficiency over the years.
The AIR VENTS Art. 157 and 157.1 are suitable for use on flat or pitched roofs from 0 ° to 50 °. They are designed to ventilate cavities and can accommodate more pipes from underlying rooms, and have the same characteristics as above. The material used to make the aerators is IGOM.EE, a synthetic rubber compound made by ITALPROFILI® which offer high technical, chemical and physical characteristics. The suitably formulated IGOM.EE provides high resistance to degradation caused by the sun, ozone and other atmospheric and chemical agents. It can be used in a wide range of temperatures from -25 ° to + 100 ° C and is stable over time, given its physical-mechanical characteristics. Therefore a material which, thanks to its excellent quality, ensures perfect efficiency over the years.

AIR VENTS Art. 158 and Art 158.1 are suitable for use on roofs and pitches with an inclination from 15 ° to the vertical, they are used for the aeration of cavities. Their dimensions also allow the reception of pipes up to Ø 110 mm. IGOM. AIR VENTS Art. 159 and Art 159.1 have the same functions with the variant of the front flange which allows the overlapping of the covering elements, giving safety margins against backflow in the aerating body. For greater safety, a 7 + 3 mm step has also been provided. The two formats are also equipped with an 18 mm front panel which acts as a drip tray.

The ANTICONDENSATION AIR VENTS Art. 54 – 55 – 56 – 57 is suitable for the ventilation of bathrooms, kitchens, laboratories and all rooms affected by vapors. It is called this because, given its construction characteristics, it avoids the formation of condensation and consequent dripping along the vent pipes when these are stressed by vapors in contact with the outside. They are supplied in gray and brown colors. The CAP FOR TILE Art. 60 is suitable for connecting the emerging pipes to the cement tiles.
