LAYING TECHNOLOGY
1 - Smearing of a coat of primer in the area of the
drain pipe (50x50 cm.).
2 - Flame sticking of a membrane layer, which shall
be cut by the drain hole.
3 - Heat the membrane surface and place the mouth,
making it adhere, in this way, to the lower part of
the flange.
4 - Pour by flame from a strip of membrane, smear
the descending paste with a trowel on the whole flange,
filling, in this way, the cavity of knurls.
5 - Lay the waterproof mantle (II membrane) heating
the two surfaces (the impregnated flange and the membrane
of the waterproof mantle) well by flame.
6 - Cut the membrane by the hole whose diameter shall
be at least 20 mm. smaller than the diameter of the
mouth shaft, heat moderately and bend the border towards
the inside of the same shaft.
7 - Insert the leafguard.
N.B.: If the waterproof mantle has a single layer,
at point 2 replace the membrane layer with piece of
membrane, whose dimensions are 500x500 mm. It is advisable
to press all the layers laid one on top of the other,
energetically.
DESCRIPTION OF SPECIFICATIONS
Supply and laying of ITALPROFILI Universal mouth based
on flexible IGOM CE synthetic rubber with a knurled
flange. The dimensions of such a flange shall exceed
the entrance pipe circumference of at least 12 cm.
Furthermore, the mouths are provided with an antioverflow
shaft, 180 mm. and/or 250 mm., suitable for pipes
with Ø……… complete with Leafgrate
/ Gravelgrate.
